Santos-Gimeno Clan USA (SGC USA) is a non-profit organization founded in 2023 with a single, powerful promise:
to restore dignity and provide compassionate care to underserved communities in Occidental Mindoro.
Rooted in the heart of San Jose, we are building the Future Home Sanctuary of HOPE, a 50-bed assisted living facility created to uplift those who are too often forgotten: the elderly, pregnant teens, indigent families, and individuals with special needs.

Our Story: Why We Exist
SGC USA was built with one intention:
To give vulnerable individuals the care they should have always received.
In 2023, members of the Santos-Gimeno Clan saw the unmet needs in Mindoro, elders unattended, pregnant teens struggling alone, families unable to afford medical care.

And they answered the call.
Today, SGC USA continues that legacy of compassion by creating a sanctuary of healing, dignity, and opportunity for thousands of residents.

Symposium to Reduce Teenage Pregnancy
Held on October 10, 2025, this flagship educational initiative reached thousands of at-risk youth providing:
• mentoring
• medical guidance
• mental health support
• and safe spaces for honest conversations
Workshops that Build Confidence and Life Skills
Interactive group activities teach teamwork, emotional resilience, and practical life tools.
Peer-to-Peer and Professional Mentorship
Small-group discussions allow youth to be heard, understood, and supported by mental health professionals and community leaders.
Empowering the Community Through Awareness
Our programs identify barriers to education, healthcare, and safety and provide concrete solutions.
