OUR COMMITMENT TO PRINCIPLED SERVICE

By accessing our services or supporting our mission, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or participating in any programs provided by the Santos-Gimeno Clan USA (SGC USA), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. Established in 2023, SGC USA operates as a humanitarian organization providing assistance to the elderly, indigent, and underserved populations.

2. Eligibility for Assistance

SGC USA provides various forms of assistance, including housing, nutritional food, and medical aid, based on identified needs and program availability. Participation in programs such as the Symposium to Reduce Teenage Pregnancy or disability support is subject to a needs-based assessment to ensure priority is given to the most urgent cases.

3. Use of Facilities and Equipment

• Property Use: Participants provided with temporary housing or access to facilities must adhere to all safety and conduct guidelines to maintain a secure environment for all.

• Adaptive Equipment: Specialized equipment provided for persons with disabilities remains the property of SGC USA unless otherwise specified and must be used for its intended purpose of improving quality of life.

4. Financial Contributions and Stewardship

• Donations: All donations made to SGC USA are used to fund our specific objectives, including paying for medical assistance and mental health services for at-risk populations.

• Transparency: We are committed to transparent stewardship of all funds to ensure they directly benefit the underserved communities we serve.

5. Conduct and "Do No Harm"

SGC USA adheres to the "Do No Harm" principle, ensuring that our actions protect the dignity and safety of all participants. We expect all volunteers, donors, and participants to engage in a manner that is respectful and free from discrimination based on race, gender, or religious belief.

6. Termination of Services

SGC USA reserves the right to suspend or terminate assistance if a participant violates our conduct policies or if program funding is no longer available. We strive to provide stable support but must operate within the limits of our resources.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our primary area of operation. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled through mediation or conciliation in accordance with standard humanitarian practices.
